Logistics CRM Summit 2026: How AI agents are changing logistics

AI agents, thought through for real work

Hand on heart: who has actually built an AI agent themselves, or used one developed specifically for their own workflows?

AI is now part of everyday business, yet plenty of its potential is still left on the table. That is exactly where this year’s LOGO event at Schloss Höhenried came in: with concrete examples, open discussion and a look at the talent that handles new technology with confidence.

A day focused squarely on CRM, sales and customer service

Keynotes and expert talks showed how agentic AI opens up new perspectives for CRM, sales and customer service in logistics.

Participants used the summit for networking, open discussion and a close look at real requirements from day-to-day practice.

Use cases and live demos made visible how AI agents can support work processes and deliver measurable value.

New skills and real added value through AI agents

Claudia Vogel-Daniel: The keynote showed what agentic AI means for the demands placed on people in sales and customer service. The focus was on new skill profiles, changing roles, and humans and AI working together as a strong team.

Marcus Karten: The talk covered concrete ways to deploy AI agents in customer service and sales. The focus was on measurable benefit, practical implementation and realistic ROI rather than abstract hype.

Andreas Janetzko: Concrete use cases showed how AI can make an impact in logistics quickly. The examples were tangible, practical and directly transferable to operational processes.

What’s new around LOGO

Alongside the talks, there were insights into current developments around LOGO: new features and improvements in version 9, the status and roadmap of the AI assistant LOLA, and plans and visions for AI agents within LOGO.

Hands-on: AI agents for real logistics and sales processes

In the workshops, AI agents were configured for concrete logistics use cases and sales processes. The plenary then collected ideas for practical agents, both within LOGO and independent of it.

The workshop part made one thing clear: AI agents are not just a topic for the future. They can already structure concrete tasks, speed up processes and take pressure off teams in their daily work today.

Thank you for the open exchange

LOGO consult AG thanks all participants for the open exchange of ideas, and Claudia Vogel-Daniel, Marcus Karten and Andreas Janetzko for their expert input.

Special thanks also go to the LOGO team for their support in preparing and running the event. We look forward to continuing to shape the future of CRM, AI and logistics together.
