For over 30 years we have been building software for logistics, with our own team and our own product. The new generation of our sales system is out now, together with our AI, LOLA. If you want to be part of it, write to us.
Short paths instead of long corridors
Little hierarchy, lots of responsibility.
Four things that are part of everyday life here.
You talk directly to the board.
Decisions are made at the same table where they are discussed. We work as equals, as colleagues.
You manage your own time.
In many areas you set your own working hours and breaks. In development we work partly from home, partly together in the office.
You work on our own product.
We develop our sales system ourselves, together with customers who use it every day.
If you have questions, someone is there.
Newcomers learn from experienced colleagues. On top of that come internal training sessions and shared days out of the office.
You help build LOLA
An AI in sales, a new interface, open APIs.
Three building sites you work on from day one.
An AI that reports, prepares, gets things done and follows up. It runs on infrastructure we operate in Germany.
Built for the phone, in German and English, for salespeople between two meetings.
Documented API and MCP, so that TMS, ERP and accounting talk to the sales system.
Your seat is still free
Who we are looking for right now.
All positions are in Starnberg. We read open applications just as gladly.
Fetching coffee is not
part of the apprenticeship.
In your first year you are already working on modules that customers use. What you build ends up in the software forwarders work with every day.
Apprenticeship on the real product
Here you learn from the people who build the product.
LOGO is an IHK-accredited training company. Beyond the vocational school curriculum, you learn in internal training sessions and directly on the software. We prefer to hire our own apprentices.
IT Systems Management Assistant

“Working at LOGO is varied and you gain a broad insight into all kinds of topics. I really enjoy developing new and complex modules together with the consultants.”
