Picture your day in sales and customer care as if you had suddenly gained an assistant who knows all your data inside out and knows exactly where to find the answers to your questions. In seconds.
Our AI assistant is called LOLA. We trained her on the structures of LOGO and on the questions our users typically ask through database queries or searches.
Imagine getting a short summary of the customer file, the latest contacts, open quotes or complaints before a customer meeting.
That used to take several clicks. Now you type or say one short sentence.
Examples from everyday work
For example: “Give me a table of all my contacts with the mailing category Christmas gift.” After the first result: “Please add a column with the contact’s address to the table.”
Or: “Give me a list of target customers with opportunities at the stage renegotiation, with their revenue and the value of each opportunity.” After the first answer: “Please sort the list by opportunity revenue, descending”, and then “Please add a column with the customer’s key account manager and one with the owner of the opportunity.”
You can refine the results as you go: add data or columns, ask for filters or formatting. In plain sentences.
Or: “Which trade lane brought us the most revenue last quarter, and does that differ from the previous month?”
Your data stays securely in your CRM. Nothing is sent to AI providers; the AI only builds the queries, which are then run on the database.
LOLA also researches online
And that’s not all: LOLA can also run online research for you, for instance on the right contact person or a potentially interesting target customer.
You can write in everyday sentences such as: “I’m looking for information on company XYZ in ABC: What does the company produce? Who are its customers? Which logistics services does it use? Which transport mode is used for its goods (sea, air, land)? Who currently handles the company’s transports?”
Or “Who is the head of purchasing at company XYZ?” Where available online, name, title and further details are returned.
At the start of a transformation
We are at the start of a transformation in how we deal with software.
The technical background to all this is agentic AI: several AI agents act as specialists to analyse data and deliver the results.
In the BVL blog post of 24 November 2025, LOGO board member Dorothee Gabor explains how agentic AI is used to provide user-friendly access even to large and complex databases.
