Everyone knows that a CRM and its reporting can only be as good as the data flowing into it, whether through interfaces or through what employees type in.
Experience shows that sales teams are perfectly willing to record the relevant information in the CRM. But when it is simply too complicated, and they don’t even know which screen to enter what into, they often just leave it.
When I talk to the LOGO user community about the future tasks of our AI assistant LOLA, one wish comes up again and again: simply enter your information “unstructured” and let LOLA sort it into the right fields.
That alone shows the problem. On the one hand, manual entry has to be very easy. On the other, it should become even easier in future, with the AI assistant supporting the user.
Following this approach, we designed our new user interface and are continuously developing LOLA’s functions.
In the BVL blog post of 27 March 2026, LOGO board member Dorothee Gabor explains why it is often a poor user interface, not missing features, that is the real reason CRM systems stay incomplete and never unfold their potential in day-to-day work.
