Almost all companies want to optimize their processes with Artificial Intelligence (AI) – but where do real added values arise? Which tools deliver quick wins, and what prerequisites need to be in place?
These questions were the focus of this year’s LOGO Theme Day “Smart Process Optimization in Logistics”, held in the festive setting of Wilkinghege Water Castle near Münster.
The event centered on the following aspects:
🔎 Reviewing Processes: How can existing workflows be systematically analyzed before AI tools are implemented?
📈 Quick Wins with AI: Which applications help logistics professionals achieve immediately noticeable efficiency improvements?
💽 Data as a Foundation: How must data be structured and integrated for AI models to work effectively?
🤖 Digital AI Assistants in CRM: What potential arises when an AI-powered assistant supports daily work in CRM systems?
The keynote “Lessons Learned: Risks & Pitfalls in Implementing AI Tools in Logistics” provided valuable insights into typical challenges during implementation.
In addition to the expert presentations, the dialogue within the LOGO User Community was a major focus: during lunch and discussion rounds, participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas and contribute their own perspectives.
A special thanks goes to our speakers Danny Tal (Wisor), Matthias Schenk (ExB), and Britta Scherer (SonoLog), as well as the entire LOGO Consult AG team, whose dedication made the event possible.
The Theme Day concluded with many new impulses and practical insights – already creating anticipation for the next LOGO event.
