At this year’s Logistics CRM Summit at Lake Starnberg spoke Herr Gunnar Stellmacher, Head of IT at Emons Spedition & Logistik about LOGO CRM at Emons – Optimised integration and processes.

Improved customer experience through intelligently networked CRM – how can logistics companies claim a competitive advantage through improved processes?

At this year’s dbh Transport and Logistics Days, two customers answered the question of why they chose LOGO CRM.

On the 2nd DVZ Conference TMS as the Key to Forwarding 4.0, various processes around the TMS were highlighted. In the Forwarding Monitor Processes/IT had A’PARI together with DVZ called on solution providers to present particularly successful integration solutions.

Logistics CRM in practice is one of the topics at the 2nd DVZ Conference. At Forwarding Monitor Processes / IT, sales processes and the corresponding IT solutions, among other things, were put under the microscope.
